You may cancel your reservation 14 business days prior to your event with written notice, however, the deposit is non-refundable. We can apply the deposit to a new date within a 1 year period. In the event, you know your new reschedule date, we can make the change immediately as long as the requested equipment is available. All deposits expire and are no longer valid 1 year from the date of your canceled event. Failure to provide written notice 15 business days prior to your event date then the non-refundable deposit (40%) will be forfeited. Cancellations within 7 business days of your event will be charged the full amount of the rental.

Please contact us no later than the day before your rental is scheduled to be delivered. Please note that all deposits are Non-Refundable in the event of any cancellation. If the cancellation is due to weather condition, deposit is transferrable to any new rental within a 1 year period. In the event that you know your new reschedule date, we can make the change immediately as long as the requested equipment is available. The transferred deposit can be used towards any of our products.

No, event setup is not included in the delivery price. A caveat is that all tents and inflatables are priced with setup included. Other materials will simply be given to the customer. Our team will try our best to place items nearby where they will be for the event.

Our service area includes York, Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, and Harford Counties as well as other surrounding areas. If you are not sure if you are in our service area please give us a call or send us a message.

Our standard rental period is 6 hours (listed as 1 day on the site.) In some instances it is possible that you may keep the items for longer based on our schedule. If you need an extension please give us a call and we will work something out with you.

Terms and Conditions
RULES FOR BOUNCE HOUSE:
Children age 15 and under using this inflatable must be supervised at all times by an adult.
No standing or jumping is allowed on the step into the bounce house.
Shoes must be removed before entering the bounce house.
No wrestling, flipping, hanging on supports, roughhousing, running, or any other type of activity besides jumping is allowed in the bounce house.No hanging from the netting on the sides or from the roof of the bounce house. A repair fee up to $250.00 will be imposed if the sides/roof is damaged.
No jumping or bouncing against the columns and no climbing on the netting.
No sharp objects, eyeglasses, jewelry, gum, food, drinks, Piñata’s, or pets are allowed on the bounce house.No Silly String Is allowed in or around the bounce house as it does irreparable damage.
Anyone with head, back, neck, or any muscular-skeletal injuries or disabilities, pregnant women, children under 3 years of age (unless specified,) and others who may be susceptible to injury from falls bumps, or bouncing are not permitted in the unit at any time.
Keep the unit away from heat and open flame at all times, material will burn or melt. If the inflatable begins to lose air, make your way to the exit immediately.
Bounce house MUST be staked to the ground securely at all times to prevent tipping or injury. Do not use it if winds exceed 25mph - the bounce house can flip over in high winds. If high winds exist, exit the bounce house immediately and turn off the blower.
Do not operate the bounce house when raining or if the ground is wet. Risk of serious injury due to slipping hazards and electric shock from the blower if wet conditions exist.
Children’s safety depends on you. Your supervision is required. As the Lessee of the bounce house, the safety of all who come in contact with the bounce house or parts thereof is YOUR responsibility. Do not exceed the recommended maximum capacity for each age group as stated.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This Rental Agreement is made by and between s Dreamworks Event Rental LLC, (" Dreamworks Event Rental LLC") and the Customer. ("Customer"). In consideration of hiring of the items (herein "the rental item or items") described on the invoice of this Rental Agreement it is agreed as follow:
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. INDEMNITY/HOLD HARMLESS. Customer will take all necessary precautions regarding the items rented and protect all persons and property from injury or damage. Customer agrees to hold harmless Dreamworks Event Rental LLC from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorneys' fees and costs, of every kind and nature, including but not limited, to injuries or death to persons and damage to property, arising out of the negligent use, instruction, operation, possession, or rental of the items rented, however caused, except claims or litigation arising through the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Dreamworks Event Rental LLC. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Customer harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, judgements, attorneys’ fees and costs, of every kind and nature, including but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage to property, arising out of Dreamworks Event Rental LLC’s negligence or intentional misconduct in the performance of this Agreement.
2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK/RELEASE-DISCHARGE OF LIABILITY. Customer is fully aware and acknowledges there is a risk of injury or damage arising out of the use or operation of the items rented hereunder and hereby elects to voluntarily enter into this rental agreement and assume all of the above risks of injury or damage. Customer agrees to release and discharge Dreamworks Event Rental LLC from any and all responsibility or liability from such injury or damage arising out of the negligent use or operation of the rental items; and Customer further agrees to waive, release and discharge any and all claims from injury and damage against Dreamworks Event Rental LLC which Customer otherwise may be entitled to assert.
3. TITLE AND OWNERSHIP. The rental items shall at all times be and remain the sole and exclusive property of Dreamworks Event Rental LLC. Customer shall have only the rights to use the rental items in accordance with the terms of this agreement. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC shall have the right to display notice of its ownership of the rental items by display of an identifying stencil, plate or other marking, and Customer agrees that it will not remove or cover such markings without the written permission of the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC. The rental items shall not be removed from the place of delivery or installation without the expressed written permission of Dreamworks Event Rental LLC.
4. INSPECTION BY DREAMWORKS EVENT RENTAL LLC AND CUSTOMER. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC shall at all times have the right to enter any premises where the equipment may be located for purposes of inspecting it, observing its use, or removing it from Customer's premise. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC agrees to deliver rental items in good working conditions – Customer agrees to maintain rental items in good conditions during the rental term period. Both parties agree that all rental items have been inspected by the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC and Customer at the time of delivery or pickup. Customer agrees that acceptance of rental items is an acknowledgment that the equipment was delivered in good working order and condition and find it suitable for his needs and that Customer is responsible for the payment of all rental charges. Customer understands its proper use and further acknowledges their responsibility to inspect the rental items prior to its use and to notify Dreamworks Event Rental LLC of any defects.
5. REPLACEMENT OF MALFUNCTIONING ITEMS. If the rental items become unsafe or in despair for any reason, the Customer agrees to immediately discontinue its use and notify Dreamworks Event Rental LLC as soon as possible. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC will repair or replace the items with similar items in good working order if available, and if the defect is the result of normal use. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by delays or otherwise, and Customer hereby waives any right or entitlement thereto.
6. WARRANTIES. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC is not the manufacturer of the rented property nor the agent of the manufacturer, and no warranty against patent or latent defects in material workmanship or capacity is given, and Customer expressly waives all such warranties of fitness which may be accorded by law or otherwise. There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness, either express or implied. There is no warranty that the rental items are suited for Customer's intended use, or that it is free from defects, and any and all such warranties of fitness, or otherwise, are expressly and specifically waived by Customer.
7. ASSIGNMENT, SUBLEASES AND LOANS OF RENTAL ITEMS. The Dreamworks Event Rental LLC may assign its right under this contract without the Customer's consent, but will remain bound by all obligations herein. The Customer may not sublease or loan the rental items without the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC's written permission. Any purported assignment by the Customer is void.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW/USE OF RENTAL ITEMS. The customer agrees not to use or allow anyone to use the rental items for any illegal purpose or in any illegal manner or in an unsafe manner. The customer agrees at his sole cost and expense to comply with municipal, county, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and regulations which apply to the use of the rental items during the rental period. Customer further agrees to pay all licenses, fines, fees, permits, or taxes arising from his use of the rental items, including any subsequently determined to be due. Customer is responsible for obtaining all permits and/or licenses from the appropriate governmental agencies. If these agencies should require additional rental items, the expense of the rental items will be the sole responsibility of the Customer. Customer shall not allow any person who is not qualified and who has not received and understands safety and operating instructions and who does not utilize all safety equipment required to operate the rental items or use the rental items. Customer shall not allow any person to use or operate the rental items when it is in need of repair or when it is in an unsafe condition or situation; modify, misuse, harm, or abuse the rental items; permit any repairs to the rental items without Dreamworks Event Rental LLC's prior written permission, or allow a lien to be placed upon the rental items.
9. LINENS. Table linens are inspected prior to pick up and upon return. DO NOT ROLL UP OR PLACE WET LINENS IN ANY BAG mildew will result. If there is obvious damage such as mildew, excessive stains, burns or tears, you will be charged the cost of the linen and keep same as though it were a sale. Return all linens dry and free of waste. Wear & Tear: Due to the nature of our business, our items are frequently rented and cleaned. While we strive to give you the best quality products every time, please note that there may be signs of “ordinary wear and tear” and that we cannot guarantee new or like-new quality.
10.DAMAGE WAIVER. Customer is responsible for an additional charge of 10% of the gross rental charges for a Damage Waiver, provided the Client takes necessary precautions to protect rental items. Dreamworks Dreamworks Event Rental LLC assumes damage to rental items except the following: [a] Loss, damage, vandalism, malicious mischief, and theft, [b] damage or theft of accessory items such as extension cords, etc., [c] due to mysterious disappearance or wrongful conversion by a person with rental items, [d] Damage Waiver is Null and Void if damage is by a third party not associated or related to Customer. In this instance, Dreamworks Dreamworks Event Rental LLC reserves the right to collect from person(s) causing said damage. UNDER THE DAMAGE WAIVER CONDITIONS, THE CUSTOMER UNDERSTANDS THAT HE/SHE IS RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE A POLICE REPORT OUTLINE THE DAMAGES AND SUBMIT TO IT EVENTIVE RENTALS AND DECOR LLC. Customer may decline Damage Waiver charge by making a cash deposit equal to full value of rental.
11. DIRTY, OR DAMAGED ITEMS. Customer agrees to pay for any damage to rental items regardless of cause, except reasonable wear and tear, while rental items are out of possession of Dreamworks Event Rental LLC. Customer also agrees to pay a reasonable cleaning charge for all rental items returned excessively dirty. Accumulated rental charges cannot be applied against the purchase or cost of repair or damaged goods. RENTAL EQUIPMENT DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR WILL BE PAID FOR BY CUSTOMER AT ITS REPLACEMENT COST WHEN RENTED. THE COST OF REPAIRS WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER, WHETHER PERFORMED BY DREAMWORKS EVENT RENTAL OR AT THE DREAMWORKS EVENT RENTAL LLC'S OPTION BY OTHERS.
12. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT AND RETURN OF RENTAL ITEMS. Customer right of possession terminates on the expiration of the rental period and retention of possession after this time constitutes a material breach of Customer's obligations under this contract. Time is the essence of the agreement. Any extension must, at Dreamworks Event Rental LLC's election be mutually agreed upon in writing. Upon completion or termination of this agreement, Customer will promptly return all rental items and their parts and attachments to the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC’s premises on regular business hours, in the condition and repair as when delivered to Customer, subject only to reasonable wear and tear. Customer shall be liable for any loss, theft, damages, breakage, or other destruction of the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC’s rental items delivered to Customer or picked up by Customer. Customer shall be responsible for all losses or damage to the equipment from the time of delivery to Customer and until picked up by Dreamworks Event Rental LLC or from the time Customer picks up the rental items and returns to Dreamworks Event Rental LLC premises. The Customer agrees to pay for rental items [at its replacement cost when rented] for all types of theft or mysterious disappearance.
13. DELIVERY/PICK UP. Delivery is made to closest point truck can park. EXTRA CHARGES WILL RESULT IN DELIVERIES TO UPSTAIRS, ELEVATOR USE OR ANY POINT WHERE EXTRA TIME IS INVOLVED. Delivery and pickup times are estimated but not guaranteed. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC will make every effort to arrive within a 60-minute window of the desired delivery and pickup times but may be affected by event location, scheduling and traffic. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC will contact Customer in the event of a significant delay in arrival time. Depending upon the size of the event or the facilities, Dreamworks Event Rental LLC may require an extended load-in or out window. OUR SERVICE DOES NOT INCLUDE SET UP AND BREAKDOWN DOWN OF TABLES AND CHAIRS. IF THIS SERVICE IS REQUIRED, ARRANGEMENTS SHOULD BE MADE SEVERAL DAYS PRIOR TO DELIVERY AND CHARGED WITH AN ADDITIONAL SETUP AND BREAKDOWN FEE. If no arrangements are made and this service is desired on delivery, our driver must call for authorization. If time permits, we will try to accommodate you after quoting price. On pick up where no prior arrangements have been made and rental items are not knocked down and assembled in one sheltered area, tables and chairs will be left until the next day when a special crew can be schedule. There will be an additional one-day rental fee. A breakdown fee will result if the items are still up. A delivery fee will be charged based on the distance from Dreamworks Event Rental LLC’s business location to delivery point. Customer agrees to pay additional delivery charges if more than one vehicle is needed. Delivery charges are based on normal business hours of 10:00am – 5:00pm. Additional charges will be applied for afterhours deliveries or pickups.
14. RETAKING OF RENTAL ITEMS. If for any reason it becomes necessary for Dreamworks Event Rental LLC to retake the rental items, Customer authorizes Dreamworks Event Rental LLC to retake the rental items without further notice or in such action, or proceeding in an amount to be determined by the court.
15. PREPARATION OF SITE AND UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. Customer agrees to have the site upon which the rental items are to be erected, free and clear of all obstacles, natural and man-made, prior to the arrival of the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC's work crew. Customer further agrees to have all tents cleared for removal prior to our arrival. All non-rented items and decorations shall be cleared and taken from site. If Customer fails to do so, then Customer shall pay all costs involved for any delay, additional rental, and all costs including collection and legal expenses. All tents are professionally installed and disassembled by the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC’s crew. Customers are forbidden to handle the tents due to liability reasons. DO NOT MOVE THE TENT ONCE IT IS SET UP. IF TENT IS TAMPERED WITH, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $150 FINE. Tents will be safely staked to the ground once assembled – if stakes are prohibited, please inform us so we can provide weights for tent support (these are an additional cost).
16. UNDERGROUND UTILITIES. Customer agrees to have all underground utilities (gas, water, electrical, sprinkler), in the vicinity of the equipment installation, clearly marked prior to the arrival of Dreamworks Event Rental LLC's work crew. Customer assumes full responsibility for damage to all underground utilities. If ground is not properly marked, we are not responsible for any damages that may be caused by staking. To identify underground utilities, Customer must call 811 one week prior to installation.
17. MATERIAL. All tents are subject to stretching and retracting of up to 5% of listed sizes and although all tents have been impregnated with waterproofing compound, no tents are guaranteed to be absolutely waterproof and are to be considered temporary shade structures.
18. COOKING UNDER TENTS. Customer agrees not to do any type of cooking under or within a reasonable distance of the tent. Customer assumes full responsibility and costs incurred for damage and or cleaning expense to tent tops due to cooking processes under or near tents.
19. ELECTRIC POWER AND LIGHTNING. Customer agrees to furnish Dreamworks Event Rental LLC access to, and the right to use Customer's electrical and power lines for the installation and operation of the rental items.
20. WEATHER RELATED RISKS. Customer assumes all weather-related risks involved in holding and outdoor tented event. Tents and outdoor rental items are not intended to be used in severe weather. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC will attempt to minimize said risk, however, should the tenting become unusable due to high wind, snow, rain, flooding extreme cold or heat, or any other factor beyond Dreamworks Event Rental LLC's control, Customer shall still be liable for payment in full of all charges. Customer acknowledges that the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC has the right not to install any tents or bouncers if Dreamworks Event Rental LLC considers that the weather is not optimal for the safety of the Customer and/or the rental items. Customer can reschedule for another available time or date only in the event of severe weather conditions.
21.THEFT OF RENTAL ITEMS. The Client agrees to pay for rental items [at replacement cost when rented] for all types of theft or mysteriously missing. Damage Waiver does not cover theft or missing rental items.
22. RETAINER. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is required to hold rental items and event dates. The Retainer will be applied to the final bill and the balance will be due prior to the delivery or pickup. THE DATE AND RENTAL ITEMS ARE NOT RESERVED UNTIL THE RETAINER AND SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT ARE SUBMITTED TO AND RECEIVED BY EVENTIVE RENTALS AND DECOR LLC. ANY RETAINER PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS. Payments can be made by major credit card, check, or cash.
23. FORMS OF PAYMENT.
a) By the use of a credit card in person, over the phone, or by accessing the payment link provided via email, provided that Customer understands that by clicking “Enter Payment” the client agrees to pay the entire payment amount for the invoice selected, and authorizes the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC to charge the Customer’s designated payment method for the payment amount.
CREDIT CARD ON FILE. Customer agrees to provide Dreamworks Event Rental LLC with a valid credit card to be kept on file. This card will be charged for damages that are not cover by the damage waiver, replacement of irreparable, missing or stolen rental items or additional rental charges that are agreed upon at rental time, the purchase of additional equipment, late fees and/or other incidentals. Customer hereby irrevocably authorizes Dreamworks Event Rental LLC to charge Customer’s credit card on file for all the foregoing charges.
NO CHARGEBACKS. Customer agrees and understands that the charges on a credit card for rental items and/or any items purchased from Dreamworks Event Rental LLC are irrevocable, undisputable and may not be charged back, contested or challenged now or in the future, doing so is a material breach of this agreement for which Dreamworks Event Rental LLC would be entitled to attorney fees, costs and fees associated with addressing a chargeback in addition to the amount challenged. Should Customer not pay the amount submitted to by Dreamworks Event Rental LLC for the cost of the chargeback within 30 days after Dreamworks Event Rental LLC has submitted its amount of cost due to Customer contesting a charge, the charges will be turned over to a collection agency. Dreamworks Event Rental LLC shall have at its sole disposal any other legal remedy it independently chooses to pursue any collection against Customer for the cost of the chargeback. Customer further agrees that proof of rentals and/or purchase by Dreamworks Event Rental LLC is all that is necessary to establish to the credit card agency or banking institution to deny a chargeback to Customer.
b) By paying by paper check or ACH (automated deduction from client’s designated checking account).
RETURNED CHECKS. In the event that any check is returned by the financial institution, Customer must arrange for alternate payment within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. A $35.00 service fee will be collected on all checks returned due to insufficient funds or for any other reason. Returned checks will not be deposited. Customer must cover the returned check with cash, money order or certified check in addition to the $35.00 service fee.
c) By paying in cash at Dreamworks Event Rental LLC office, at which time a written receipt will be generated for you.
24. CANCELLATIONS. The 50% retainer required to hold your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. However, the 50% retainer will be held on account for up three months to be used for another event of your choice in case the Customer has to reschedule. Rescheduling can be done one time only. IF YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL AND YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR EVENT FOR ANY REASON WITHIN 7 DAYS OF EVENT – YOU WILL FORFEIT 100% -
25. GOVERNING LAW. This Rental Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland, without reference to its conflicts of laws principles. For any claim or controversy arising out of or related to this Agreement, both parties agree to submit themselves to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of and venue in the state and federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland.
26. PRIVACY POLICY We collect and use phone numbers and addresses solely to facilitate our rental and delivery services. We do not share this information with third parties except as necessary to complete deliveries or comply with legal requirements.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING IT. BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT IN PERSON OR ELECTRONICALLY, YOU ARE ASSUMING EACH OF ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ABOVE WITH THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Hereby you acknowledge that I have read and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Rental Agreement. It is hereby warranted and represented that the individual(s) signing this Rental Agreement is authorized to do so on behalf of the end-use customer, be it a corporation, partnership, or other entity. The customer understands that the Dreamworks Event Rental LLC will charge the credit card provided for the retainer amount and understands that the remaining balance will be prior to the delivery or pickup. The Customer agrees to make sure the items delivered are in fact in accordance with the items ordered on the Invoice. In the event additional items are ordered by the Customer or his representative or additional rental time is required, the Customer agrees to pay and allow Dreamworks Event Rental LLC to charge the credit card for those items.
PAYMENT POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your contract and full payment will be due 1 day prior to the earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services.
